Our Berkshire no-antibiotics-ever pork can be purchased in two ways:

1) By the half, whole, or quarter pig! This is the best bang-for-your-buck but it does require some freezer space.

2) By the package! Purchase specific amounts of only the cuts that you want! Easy right!

To purchase a half, whole, or quarter pig all you have to do is email blightfarms@yahoo.com or call Afton at 517-488-4938. We generally have pigs heading to market about once a month. When you email or call Afton, she will walk you through the next step. A whole pig yields about 150 pounds of packaged meat. We only charge you for the pig and you pay the butcher separately for their cutting and packing services. We have found that this keeps your cost per pound as low as possible.

Individual cuts of meat can be purchased from our farm office. We are available to put assist you with your purchase most days and weekends but you will need to call or text Afton at 517-488-4938 before you arrive because our office is not staffed full-time. We generally keep our freezers stocked with smoked hams, BACON, pork chops, smoked hocks, shoulder roasts, and a couple flavors of sausage and bratwursts at all times. Each cut is vacuum sealed and labeled.
